The Relationship of Achievement Motivation to Entrepreneurial Behavior: A Meta-Analysis

Abstract: Entrepreneurship is a major factor in the national economy; thus, it is important to understand the motivational characteristics spurring people to become entrepreneurs and why some are more successful than others.
