The Research of the High Speed Steels Produced by Powder and Casting Metallurgy from the View of Tool Cutting Life

Abstract: High speed steels have a leading position in the group of tool materials today in regard to their special properties. The article deals with the cutting life of tools, which cutting tips were produced from high speed steels. The test were realized at Faculty of Manufacturing Technologies TU Kosice with the seat in Presov, in collaboration with Institute of Material Research of Slovak Academy of Sciences in Kosice. As the method for tool-life investigation was selected the simple radial lathe-turning test. The … Show more

“…It is known that ZnO-based materials have a pronounced biocompatibility, are characterized by high limit strength, absolute mechanical hardness, as well as the ability to withstand the harsh operating conditions. All available methods for the fabrication of HA coating can be divided into four groups [Yang 2009, Balara 2018, Gombar 2013, Janekova 2014, Krenicky 2012, Lesso 2010, 2014, Monkova 2013, Mrkvica 2012, Prislupcak 2014, 2016, Peterka 2014, Ragan 2012, Rimar 2014, Sebo 2012, Zaborowski 2007, Zelenak 2012]: a) thermal spraying techniques, b) vapor deposition techniques, c) wet techniques and d) other deposition techniques. However, most of these methods have a weak side associated with coating surfaces of complex geometry.…”

“…There are other recycling programs that process sizable aluminum pieces such as building parts and automotive parts. Those are later made into window frames, wires, hosepipes and electronic components [Michna 2005, Dyadyura 2016, Panda 2011, 2017, Monkova 2013, Gombar 2013, Mrkvica 2012, Leššo 2010, 2014, Balara 2018, Krenicky 2012, Olejárová 2016, Prislupcak 2014, Mačala 2012, Ragan 2012, Valíček 2016.…”

“…Ignoring the utilization of CK in several firms [21,22,23], an inadequate theoretical framework for CKM antecedent factors and a lack of comprehensive theoretical framework for CKM effects on software quality in enterprise software development reflect a fundamental need for further exploration [1,3,9,24,25]. Most software companies in this study are Small Management Systems in Production Engineering 2022, Volume 30, Issue 4 and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) [20,24,25,26,27,28,29,30]. SMEs face resource constraints [1,4,6,31].…”
