The Resistivity of Amorphous Fe1−xTix Thin Films

Abstract: A systematic investigation is made of the electrical resistivity of non‐magnetic thin amorphous films, Fe1−xTix, in a wide range of the Ti concentration from x = 0.40 up to x = 0.87. An anomaly in electron transport phenomena is found in the vicinity of x = 0.75. For 0.68 < x < 0.83, the temperature dependences of resistivity are found to be proportional to lnT. In this range of x values a minimum of resistivity is observed.
