Abstract:A systematic investigation is made of the electrical resistivity of non‐magnetic thin amorphous films, Fe1−xTix, in a wide range of the Ti concentration from x = 0.40 up to x = 0.87. An anomaly in electron transport phenomena is found in the vicinity of x = 0.75. For 0.68 < x < 0.83, the temperature dependences of resistivity are found to be proportional to lnT. In this range of x values a minimum of resistivity is observed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
