The role of monoamines in the development of complicated pregnancy in chronic arterial hypertension

Abstract: In the Russian Federation, the frequency of hypertensive disorders during gestation is 7-29%, while 80% of cases are chronic arterial hypertension. The mechanism of the complicated course of pregnancy in hypertensive disorders is not clear and is debatable. The article presents the features of the monoamine status in pre-pregnant women with chronic arterial hypertension.
