The Role of Politeness in the Employee-client Speech Interactions

Abstract: Abstract-The current investigation intends to study the pragmatic role of politeness in the interactions between employers with some clients in governmental offices. In linguistic interactions, the role of metalinguistic factors like linguistic ones are so noticeable and also can be rendered.
