Having reliable and skilled employees are essential component of any organization. Employees are considered as intangible assets for most organizations and they are the primary source of making value added decisions. On the other hand, a learning organization is capable of making continuous improvement and survives in today’s competitive environment. The proposed study of this paper considers whether training programs could empower employees who were working as managers for Saipa Group Company, a well-known automaker in Iran. The study concentrates on those employees who participated in master program in one of educational organizations in city of Tehran, Iran. 178 managers attended this program representing approximately 70% of total managers. The results of our survey have indicated that while training programs have created meaningful sense and help them have a better sense of efficacy it has not created any feeling of competence or building feeling of self-organization. The survey also concluded that training programs could increase the level of meaningful sense and the feeling of competence. In addition, the results indicate that training programs could increase employees’ self-organization as well as efficacy characteristics

This research surveys the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational indifference through a commitment. The study first presents theoretical models over the investigation then six hypotheses are developed based on the conceptual model for this opinion. Questionnaire contains 16 questions for organizational indifference and 20 questions for organizational commitment and 23 questions for emotional intelligence. The Cronbach's alpha of organizational indifference questionnaire is 0.938 and the Cronbach's alpha of organizational commitment questionnaire is equal to 0.802 and Emotional Intelligence questionnaire reliability coefficient is 0.961. Both questionnaires maintain sufficient reliability because their Cronbach alphas are more than 0.7. The sample size is chosen according KREJCIE and Morgan table and is equal to 235 people. Kolmongrov -Smirnov test is used for normality of the obtained data. Research hypothesis and the correlations between variables are tested by Spearman correlation test. The results imply approval of all research hypotheses and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational indifference.

Faith has been pointed out as a possible resource in strengthening individuals' health and well-being at work. The aim of this article is to gain in-depth knowledge of the faith development and vocation of a selected female leader in a male-dominated work context. The article contributes to research on faith development in women leaders, based on Fowler's faith development theory. This is a single case study grounded in a qualitative research design. In-depth qualitative data were gathered through observation and interviews over 18 months. Findings showed the development of faith across a women leader's life span and highlight that faith and vocation are important resources that provide strength, meaningfulness and a vision.
