Abstract: Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) has a heterogenous clinical phenotype with manifestations in a number of different organs and systems. Whilst PsA is typified by enthesitis, synovitis and psoriasis (skin and nail); innate and adaptive immune system dysfunction often results in concomitant conditions.
