IntroductionMoral education is an educational process of the continuation, construction, and transformation of moral and social norms, and is an important guarantee for the sustainable vitality of human morality.MethodsWith bibliometrics applied and VOSviewer and CiteSpace as tools, this paper systematically analyzes 497 articles published in the Social Sciences Citation Index of Web of Science core collection from 2000 to 2022 in the field of moral education research.ResultsBy quantifying specific performance information in the field of moral education in terms of authors, journals, organizations and countries, this paper identifies the highly productive authors and organizations, as well as core journals (i.e., the Journal of Moral Education). A cluster analysis is used to show the knowledge structure, and an evolutionary analysis to present the macro-development trend of moral education.DiscussionIn this paper, the comprehensive description of the research topics on moral education clarifies the development model and disciplinary prospect of the moral education research, and provides theoretical and practical support for the continuous development and application practice of the moral education research.

How to Develop Moral Skills in Sport by Using the Corruption Heritage?

This paper examines how the corruption heritage of South-Eastern European sport can be used as content for educational strategies designed to improve the ethics and integrity in today’s sport. Hidden or dark history is useful when considering an education for a sustainable development approach to improving athletes’ moral skills. In education, examining mistakes can be a useful tool for preventing their recurrence as they provide examples for study and content for evidence-based learning. At the same time, it is a useful process, aiming to develop critical thinking and the decision-making skills in the area of sports. This paper provides examples on how narratives can be used in the field of sport moral education and what patterns reflecting the lack of integrity in sport can be identified. Because it has perpetuated and altered the image and principles of sports competition, diminishing trust in sport sustainability, it is important to identify how this effect can be approached from the perspective of the education for sustainable development (ESD), as applied to the area of sports. However, it is essential that sports integrity be valued by society and that all sports actors (athletes, coaches, officials) promote ethics and fair play.

Globalisasi sebagai sebuah bahasan kontemporer menjadikan dunia menjadi seolah berbaur tanpa sekat. Sisi positifnya, kemudahan mengakses media atau informasi dari berbagai belahan dunia menjadikan semakin bervariasinya cara untuk memudahkan kehidupan manusia. Namun sebagai konsekuensi negatif, berbagai budaya atau paham seperti kapitalisme dan hedonisme, kini menjadi budaya yang marak ada di masyarakat kita. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kompetensi literasi media bermuatan nilai-nilai Islam pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pengembangan Diri (PD) di SMA Al-Irsyad Satya. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya desain kurikulum literasi media bermuatan nilai-nilai Islam yang relevan pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PD di SMA Al-Irsyad Satya. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Design & Development dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain kurikulum menghasilkan dokumen kurikulum literasi media bermuatan nilai-nilai Islam pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PD yang terdiri dari 27 tujuan pembelajaran, 21 materi/ konten pembelajaran, 17 strategi/ pengalaman belajar, dan 6 evaluasi pembelajaran. Pendapat stakeholder, dokumen kurikulum literasi media bermuatan nilai-nilai Islam pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PD di SMA Al-Irsyad Satya yang disusun layak untuk dipergunakan di SMA Al-Irsyad Satya karena memiliki relevansi yang memadai baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Kata kunci: Kurikulum Literasi Media, D & D, Literasi Media Bermuatan Nilai-Nilai Islam.
