The Temporoparietal Fascial Flap Is an Alternative to Free Flaps for Orbitomaxillary Reconstruction

Abstract: The temporoparietal fascial flap is a viable alternative to free flaps for orbitomaxillary defects when orbital resection is limited, when obturator reconstruction is desired, or when comorbidities preclude microvascular surgery.
