Abstract: User satisfaction is something that needs to be improved to realize the success of an information system. This study aims to redesign and recreate academic information systems in order to increase user satisfaction. The model used in application development is ADDIE because it has enough space in accommodating user participation, building trust in new applications through the data migration process, and changing culture through a limited set of applications. Meanwhile, user satisfaction is explored with the su… Show more

“…(Ghanem et al, 2020) 200 Quantitative Trust directly affects users' satisfaction, and it completely mediates the effect of the information system qualities (system, information, and service quality) on users' satisfaction. (Marzal et al, 2020) set of applications indicate that the ADDIE is an effective model in recreating academic information systems to increase users' satisfaction. (Mellikeche et al, 2020) 2407 Quantitative Users' satisfaction indicators were lower among the physician subgroup than the nursing subgroup for the continuance intention at HIBA and the social norm HSL.…”

“…This is assessed from the development design using the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model is a development model that has a directed systematic, the ADDIE model has effective and systematic guidelines and can support developed learning (Kurnia et al, 2019;Marzal, 2020). Then other study regarding the advantages of using the ADDIE model, such as the ADDIE model being able to adapt well to the chosen development, the flexibility of the ADDIE model can help well so that it is effective to use, and the ADDIE model provides a systematic framework and structure (Kurnia et al, 2019).…”
