“…To our knowledge, this is the first study that has evaluated longitudinal motion using M‐mode in IUGR fetuses as a potential tool for describing subclinical cardiac dysfunction in this group. M‐mode and TDI results in children who had suffered IUGR and reports on the fetal and adult heart show good correlation between these methods. In this study, differences in longitudinal motion were more pronounced by M‐mode in the right annulus (TAPSE).…”
