The Violation of Human Rights in Mexico: Gender Violence

Abstract: This article presents an analysis of the violation of human rights in Mexico regarding gender violence. The authors state that the protection of human rights should not be conceived only from a positivist position, but from a sociological dimension that sees gender violence as a form of discrimination against women.
