Theoretical and experimental study of plasma dynamics in PF-1000 facility

Abstract: The paper presents a physical model for numerical simulations, based on a set of the non-ideal MHD equations in the two-fluid approximation, which has been used for determination of the pinch evolution and its structure. To study the evolution of plasma within a PF-1000 discharge there was applied an optical frame camera with the exposure time of 1 ns.
