Theoretical Study of the Kinematic and Dynamic Characteristics of the Auger Working Body of a Forest Fire Ground-Throwing Machine

Abstract: The paper presents the results of studies of the working processes of screw working bodies in various industries. Studies of the technological parameters of screw working bodies during the removal of the ground cover with combustible plant residues have been insufficiently carried out. A new design of a forest fire machine is proposed, including screw working bodies for removing the ground cover with combustible plant residues, cut-out discs, for the formation of a soil shaft in front of the rotor-thrower, wit… Show more

“…The application of current trends is also noted in the conduct of scientific research. In recent years, the development of the platform for scientific research has undergone significant changes: some software products have received new stages of development, as well as new software AnyLogic [2], MATLAB Simulink [3], LabVIEW [4], ANSYS [5], NASTRAN [6], COMSOL multiphysics [7], EDEM [8], SolidWorks [9], Autodesk AutoCAD [10], Autodesk Fusion 360 [11], KOMPAS-3D [12], it is worth mentioning that individual teams create and register their own software products [13,14]. For research, a simulation method was used in the 3D-CAD environment of the SolidWorks Simulation system, which made it possible to perform virtual testing of the CAD model and predict behavior under linear static, dynamic loads during emergency situations.…”
