Therapeutic drug level of tacrolimus causing intracranial hemorrhage in a patient with renal transplant

Abstract: Tacrolimus is used in solid organ transplant patients to prevent rejection, and no case of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) has been reported till date. We report a case of 31‐year‐old man with diabetes and hypertension for ten years who had a renal transplant four years back; diagnosed with tacrolimus‐induced ICH.
