Abstract:Thermoelastic, homogeneous, and isotropic nanobeams have a significant analysis in this study that has been established within the context of the Lord–Shulman heat conduction equation. A graphene strip at the first end of the nanobeam acts as the basis for an application that includes an electrical current with a low voltage.
