Abstract: Fused pyridine derivatives R 0450Thieno[3,4-c]quinoline-4-yl-amines -Synthesis and Investigation of Activity Against Malaria. -The thieno[3,4-c]quinoline (VI), obtained via Suzuki cross coupling followed by pH-dependent cyclization and chlorination, is used as key precursor for the synthesis of a series of potential antimalarial substances.
