Abstract:Úvod: Minimálně invazivní chirurgické ablace se stávají zajímavou možností, jak léčit pacienty s izolovanou fi brilací síní (FS). Obecně jsou však tyto ablace spojovány s vyšší četností perioperačních komplikací.
