Three-Dimensional Analysis of Vomer Volume and Deviation in Patients With Unilateral Cleft Lip and Alveolus

Abstract: Since almost all patients with an alveolar cleft have a deviated and thickened vomer bone, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the vomer shape and the size of the alveolar cleft in patients with unilateral cleft lip and alveolus (CLA).
