Ticlopidine

Abstract: Ticlopidine is an antiplatelet drug which inhibits the adenosine diphosphate (ADP) receptor on platelets, and thereby reduces platelet activation and aggregration, and subsequent serious vascular events in patients at risk of thrombotic events.
