Tingkat Kondisi Fisik Atlet Cabang Olahraga Taekwondo Kota Jambi Menuju PORPROV 2021

Abstract: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik atlet Taekwondo Kota Jambi menuju PORPROV 2021. Jenis penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data tes dan pengukuran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet Taekwondo Kota Jambi dengan sampel yang berjumlah 65 orang.
