Introduction: In the Islamic conceptualization, banking has a central position as a financing institution for every Muslim that is free from ribawi elements. Sharia banking has made various efforts, such as formulating innovative products to meet credit needs. Unfortunately, these efforts are hampered by several factors, especially the mode of Sharia banking and the limited knowledge of Sharia banking staff regarding fiqh. One of the Sharia banking products that cannot be implemented until now is contracts sallam. Though Salam contract can accommodate credit needs, especially for farmers, promptly. In this case, of course, Islamic banking needs to take a role and take action to meet the needs of these farmers. Objectives: So, this paper aims to elaborate and formulate a contract model salam in banking by considering the problems faced by sharia banks and farmers. The formulation of the problem is how the contract model salam in sharia banking for agricultural financing in Indonesia. Method The approach used in this paper is qualitative with the type of research being the analysis content Results: The result of this research is that a contract salam can be implemented in Sharia banking. However, it requires an integration model from Sharia banking to microfinance institutions so that contract financing salam can be accommodated very well. Implications: It is hoped that this research will have an impact in formulating contract models salam which so far cannot be implemented in sharia banking.

Technology has now become a vessel that plays a role in meeting the needs of people's lives from various fields, especially in many sectors of the real economy. Since the emergence of e-commerce, there have been many conveniences for sellers and buyers in meeting their daily needs. This convenience is the initial foundation of Maslahah Al-Mursalah. This study aims to examine e-commerce from the perspective of Maslahah Al-Mursalah. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data collected are based on primary and secondary data. The research results obtained in this study are e-commerce practices from the perspective of sharia contracts have similarities with As-salam practices. Through this e-commerce, many benefits can be obtained. So it can be seen that muamalah activities, such as buying and selling bai' as-salam contained in e-commerce practices, are a type of maslahah (convenience/providing benefits) at the level of maslahah hajiyyat.

Online buying and selling transactions are growing rapidly, from an Islamic perspective, they fall into the jurisprudence muamalah category of business or commerce. In Islam, there are rules governing buying and selling transactions that must be carried out by the seller and the buyer. This research is to explore the pillars and requirements for online buying and selling transactions and the implementation of the Istishna contract which refers to the Islamic PSAK 104 in online transactions. A qualitative method with case study research conducted in Tasikmalaya was chosen as the method in this research. The informants in the research are business people, consumers, academics, and ustadz. The results show that business people generally know about the pillars and requirements for online buying and selling transactions from an Islamic perspective. The Istishna contract has been carried out by business people with the term pre-order, business people do not know and apply the Sharia PSAK 104. The research can be a reference for business people, academics, and input for regulators and the public.
