Abstract:The results of 126 bacteriological investigations performed at the Department of vascular surgery, Gomel Regional Cardiologic Dispensary in the period from 2006 to 2007 have been analysed. In all the groups of the examined patients Staphylococcus aureus was the most widespread (33,3-66,7 %) infectious agent.
