Tobacco Industry Collaborating Supply Chain Research and Strategy

Abstract: The paper analyzes the network structure and characteristics of China’s tobacco industry supply chain and proposes the framework of Collaborating Supply Chain based on information sharing mechanism. At last, the paper supposes some implementation strategies.
