The article used collaborative control theory, Internet of Things technology and the house of quality, and then proposed an innovative concept of FMCG supply chain quality control tower based on FMCG supply chain quality features. It elaborated its operation mechanism of the "five layers and three mechanisms" that provided theoretical support for quality control and traceability of FMCG.
The paper analyzes the network structure and characteristics of China’s tobacco industry supply chain and proposes the framework of Collaborating Supply Chain based on information sharing mechanism. At last, the paper supposes some implementation strategies.
The warehouse management system is a key part of the cigarette supply chain and controls the movement of goods within a warehouse. Having taken into account the features of cigarette warehouse management, this assay mainly introduced the basic structure and working principle of the warehouse management system based on RFID, compared the advantages of RFID with the traditional bar codes in the WMS, analyzed the managed objects and tasks in warehouse, brought forward the technological architecture and operation flow, and finally stated in detail the specific application of RFID in warehouse management system.

LTD, and we decomposed the cigarette production in three parts through the investigation. Secondly, we developing the Information Model for each part by IDEF1x. Thirdly we acquire the Information Model of Cigarette Manufacturing Process by integrating three Information Model of sub process.
