TOC/Conductivity: Surrogate Measurements Potentially Guiding Greater Utilization of Treated Produced Water

Abstract: Hydraulic fracturing utilizes pressurized liquid typically consisting of water, proppants, and a multitude of chemical additives, in order to fracture petroliferous strata to extract natural gas and oil.
