Abstract: Öz Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of Community Mental Health Centers (CMHC) on decreased insight, nonadherence to treatment, functionality and quality of life in psychiatric diseases such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other psychoses.
