Although most patients with TAPVC have no associated major cardiac defects, many different associated anomalies have been reported including a patent ductus arteriosus and pulmonary stenosis 7 . It is rarely reported with congenital mitral valve anomalies, including mitral atresia, mitral stenosis, congenital mitral regurgitation, supramitral ring, and Williams syndrome, but it has never before been reported with severe rheumatic mitral valve disease.…”
