Touraine-Solente-Gole syndrome with acne vulgaris successfully treated with isotretinoin

Abstract: Touraine-Solente-Gole syndrome or pachydermoperiostosis is a rare genodermatosis, affecting skin, bones and connective tissue, characterized by the triad of pachydermia, periostosis and digital clubbing. The authors report the case of a 26-year-old man presenting the dermato-rheumatic symptoms that characterize the complete form of the syndrome.
