“…Given the ongoing growth of excessive car use demand in many urban contexts and the massive unpopularity of traditional pricing-based measures, together with the present availability of advanced and ubiquitous ICT technologies, the tradable credit approach for managing car mobility has been more vigorously researched in recent years.
