Training Analysis and Locus of Control on Self Efficacy and Work Ability of Employees

Abstract: This study aims to get an overview of the effect of training factors and locus of control on self efficacy and work ability of employees in three-star hotels in East Java. The population in this study is the three-star hotel industry in East Java, which totals 20 hotels and all employees at the three-star hotels in East Java, with a total sample of 501 employees.
