Coalitions of political parties built within the presidential system, especially in Indonesia, are non-binding and permanent. If government policies or programs are not famous or inline, political parties tend to engage in opposition. This study aims to determine the implementation of the presidential system with a multiparty system and efforts to realize a stable and dynamic government based on the Indonesian constitutional system. This research uses a normative approach. Types and sources of legal materials consist of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The analysis technique used in this research is the hermeneutic analysis method. The study results concluded that with the implementation of the presidential system with a multiparty system, it is rare for a President to be elected and from the majority party. Furthermore, with the election of a minority President and a majority in Parliament, the President will strengthen his position by forming a coalition. However, building a stable coalition is difficult in a multiparty presidential democracy. In this regard, the institutional engineering agenda that needs to be designed includes simplifying the number of factions in Parliament by tightening the threshold requirements for fraction formation; parliamentary coalition regulations aimed at both political blocs (coalition and opposition); strengthening the institution and authority of the Regional Representative Council to balance the House of Representatives so that checks and balances not only occur between the President and the House of Representatives but also between the House of Representatives and the Regional Representative Council.

This study aims to examine and analyze social media accounts’ status and seizure procedures in the evidentiary process of cybercrime. This study uses normative legal research with a statute and case approach. The collection of legal materials is carried out using a literature study technique. The collected legal material is then qualitatively analyzed to describe the problem and answer study purposes. The results show that the status of social media as legal means of proof in the evidentiary process at trial is regulated in Law No. 11 of 2008 and Law no. 8 of 1981. Electronic evidence can be categorized as proof of indication by fulfilling the formal and material requirements regulated in Law No. 11 of 2008. Meanwhile, seizure procedures of social media accounts in the evidentiary process of cybercrime are preceded by searching mobile phone communication to obtain device specifications. Social media accounts, files, documents, and applications used by cybercrime perpetrators will be found in these specifications. Seizure of social media accounts is regulated in Article 43 section (3) of Law No. 19 of 2016, while the procedure is carried out based on Law No. 8 of 1981. Therefore, it is recommended that the government and law enforcement agencies issue implementing regulations regarding seizing social media accounts as legal means of proof in the evidentiary process of electronic information and transaction crimes. In addition, collaboration between the Ministry of Communications and Informatics and social media platforms is needed to handle more accessible and more efficient cases, mainly regarding seizures of social media accounts used by cybercrime perpetrators. On the other hand, it is necessary to expand the meaning of proof of indication as regulated in Law No. 8 of 1981 in order to be able to emphasize social media proof as a legal means of proof.

<em>Advances in digital technology have made communication between humans faster and easier. On the other hand, a lot of personal information is available online through social media and services that do not have security measures in place to protect this information. Therefore, the communication system is very vulnerable and easily penetrated by intruder due to social engineering attacks. This attack aims to deceive individuals or companies by taking actions that benefit the attacker. The trick is to provide personal data such as PIN numbers, health records, and passwords. This attack phenomenon is one of the biggest challenges in maintaining the security of personal data because this attack model takes advantage of human nature which is easy to trust others. This paper provides an in-depth survey of high-success social engineering attacks, using a 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) model by examining user accounts, to detect and avoid attempted account fraud via SMS (Short Message System). Experimental results show that attack success can be reduced to 10% and aggressive intruders can be caught by 70% of users in forwarding user verification code.</em>
