Transcriptome sequencing and comparative analysis of cucumber flowers with different sex types

Abstract: BackgroundCucumber, Cucumis sativus L., is an economically and nutritionally important crop of the Cucurbitaceae family and has long served as a primary model system for sex determination studies.
