Transformation of a Free-Wilson Matrix into Fourier Coefficients

Abstract: Fourier transformation is suggested as the way to change site and substituent oriented variables (Free-Wilson matrix) into new only latently dependent ones. By their selection according to the statistically important slope values it is possible to find out a model with a low standard error of prediction, SEP%, of activity for not yet prepared com-pounds.
