Transformation of ichthyofauna in freshwater ecosystems of Karelia under conditions of climate change

Abstract: Analysis of the effect of changes in climatic parameters on the state of freshwater ecosystems is of special interest in the context of increasing attention in the problem of global climate warming. The results presented in the paper characterize the retrospective dynamics of relative catches of different fish species in the main fishery lakes of Karelia. It is shown that the proportion of spring spawning species in commercial catches from all the lakes has increased over the past 60 years.
