“…As demonstrated in Figure 3a, treatment of serum-starved PANC-1, BxPC-3, MIA PaCa-2, as well as NIH3T3 cells with medium containing 10 ng/ml EGF led to a signi®cant stimulation of ERK2 activity in all cell lines.
