Transition of Children with Neurological Disorders

Abstract: The literature has expanded rapidly. The recent publications help define the barriers to the process and are currently exploring the best methods to evaluate readiness, needs, barriers, and develop solutions for best practices. There is a consensus that there is a need for a systematic approach to transition and integration of the patient with a neurological disorder.
