Transobturator Tape Operation Is More Effective in Premenopausal Women than in Postmenopausal Women with Stress Incontinence

Abstract: PurposeMidurethral synthetic slings for female stress urinary incontinence are minimally invasive polypropylene mesh tapes that are inserted under the midurethra with trocars.
