Transvaginal Sacrospinous Colpopexy ‐A New and Easier Way

Abstract: Sacrospinous colpopexy is an operation which is gaining wide acceptance for suspending the vaginal vault in a women with prolapse who wishes to retain the ability to maintain coitus.
