Treating major depression with yoga: A prospective, randomized, controlled pilot trial

Abstract: BackgroundConventional pharmacotherapies and psychotherapies for major depression are associated with limited adherence to care and relatively low remission rates. Yoga may offer an alternative treatment option, but rigorous studies are few.
