Treatment of an aggressive central giant cell lesion

Abstract: Central giant cell lesion (CGCL) is an uncommon alteration of obscure etiology that, although benign, can be highly destructive. This paper presents the case of a patient with CGCL addressing its diagnosis and treatment.
