Trends in Aetiology and Susceptibility Pattern of Bacterial Pathogens From Bloodstream Infections at a Tertiary Care Teaching Hospital in Western Maharashtra- A 4-Year Analysis

Abstract: BACKGROUNDBloodstream infections (BSIs) are life-threatening. Microbiological cultures take time for reporting. It is essential to start initial appropriate empirical treatment to reduce morbidity and mortality due to septicaemia.
