Essence and current condition of Kazakhstani labor market, its dominant problems, and the ways of their solution are considered in the article. The article explores the peculiarities of the concept, structure and types of employment among the population, the notion and essence of the labor market, and the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the state’s labor and employment policies. The state policy in the sphere of employment and market relations is considered. The public policy analysis of labor market and employment is carried out, the main indicators characterizing the labor market are estimated, the problems that accompany the subjects functioning in it are summarized, the influence of unemployment on the efficiency of Kazakhstan’s economy is shown. Despite the huge influence of informal employment on the social sphere, this problem has been little researched in our country. In the regions of Kazakhstan insufficient attention has been paid to the mechanisms of improvement of employment, including the labor market. In the conclusion of the paper it has been indicated by authors that metrics of employment and unemployment are used as the core macroeconomics aggregates for evaluation the economy pie in toto and for identifying its main tendencies.

Economic crisis is one of the stages of the continuous production cycle, which constantly includes crisis, stagnation, revival and recovery. It is characterized by a sharp deterioration of the market situation, instability of the national economy and increased incompatibility in social production. The economic crisis manifests itself in the overproduction of commodity capital (an increase in the amount of unsold production), excessive financing of productive capital (an increase in free production capacity at full capacity, an increase in unemployment), excessive financing of money capital (an increase in the amount of unsold money for production). This article is devoted to the study of one of the large-scale problems in the field of economics - the problem of unemployment. Among them, the causes and problems of unemployment of middle-aged citizens in Kazakhstan are considered. The problem of employment of middle-aged citizens is currently one of the most acute in the labor market in Kazakhstan. The authors have proposed several main ways of solving the problem of unemployment among middle-aged citizens. In addition, the final section concludes that the problem of employment of middle-aged citizens can be solved on a large scale by improving the proposed ways to solve the problem of unemployment of citizens aged 45-60. The main purpose of writing this article is to study the problem of employment of middle-aged adults and identify ways to solve this problem.

Toward Enhancing Malware Detection Using Practical Swarm Optimization in Honeypot

Malware attacks have become a pressing concern in the domain of computer and communication systems, posing significant threats to data security and privacy. A practical approach is represented aiming to enhance the malware detection process with the help of Honeypot. A hybrid model of particle swarm optimization (PSO) integrated with Fuzzy_KNN algorithms is used in this research. Numerical simulations and mathematical analysis are conducted after developing numeric codes of this scheme. The performance and practicality are examined via these evaluation metrics including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Based on the numerical investigations, the findings confirmed satisfying performance measures of the hybrid model. The FuzzyKNN algorithm does attain the most remarkable effectiveness, achieving accuracy between 99.95% and 99.97%. This model employs a premium method of neighbourhood voting with an element of fuzziness and excels in large or complex datasets where patterns may emerge based on instance similarity.
