Treosulfan-induced myalgia in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation identified by an electronic health record text mining tool

Abstract: Treosulfan is increasingly used as myeloablative agent in conditioning regimen prior to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).
