Trithérapie par oméprazole, amoxicilline et clarithromycine dans la maladie ulcéreuse duodénale associée à Helicobacter pylori au Sénégal

Abstract: Objectifs : Évaluer l'efficacité et la tolérance de la trithérapie par oméprazole, amoxicilline et clarithromycine (OAC) dans la maladie ulcéreuse duodénale (MUD) non compliquée de l'adulte associée à Helicobacter pylori. Méthodes : Il s'agit d'une étude rétrospective et descriptive réalisée entre le 31 octobre 2001 et le 18 mars 2004 à l'hôpital Principal de Dakar.
