Tunable annular plasma photonic crystals in dielectric barrier discharge

Abstract: We demonstrate an effective method for realization of robust, tailorable annular plasma photonic crystals in dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) with two water electrodes. Fast reconfiguration between triangular lattice, annular lattice, core-annular lattice and concentric-annular lattice has been achieved.
