Turkish psychometric properties of the Innovative Behavior Inventory and Innovation Support Inventory: A model analysis on nurses

Abstract: Aim: To adapt the Innovative Behavior Inventory and Innovation Support Inventory into Turkish and to test the relationship between nurses' innovative behaviors, innovation outputs, and innovation support.
