In this study, evaluations were made about the formation processes of the sociocultural structure, which has an important place in society, and the effects of musical phenomena (instrument playing skills and acquisitions) that positively affect these processes. The study was carried out with the survey model, one of the qualitative research methods. Within the scope of the research, various descriptions about how instrument skill and learning improve the sociocultural level and what stages a person goes through in order to reach this level are included. Detailed data were obtained by using the literature scanning technique. Descriptive analysis methods were used to analyse the obtained data. It has been included in the study by being presented many features on the personal development of individuals who make up the societies. Among these features, explanations of many titles such as "self-esteem", "cognitive factors", "family culture level" were also included. In this study, the important roles played by music and related skills, for example, the ability to play an instrument, in the interaction between different communities in the world, thanks to the developing technology in our age, has been tried to be revealed. The importance of the general cultural level of the societies and their point of view to music which is one from the branches of art was explained in detail. Some suggestions have been made by considering the interaction of concepts such as culture, socialization, and art among individuals who make up the society.Comprehensive observations were made about how artistic activities emerging during the process of individuals coming together to form a society affect the sociocultural level and in what direction it evolved, and suggestions were made by reaching some conclusions. It is thought that the comparative analysis of sociocultural concept and music skills will contribute to obtaining concrete and detailed data for the scope of the research.
