Türkiye'de Stratejik Planlama: Son Dönem Gelişmelerin İncelenmesi

Abstract: Bu çalışmada Türkiye'deki stratejik planlama olgusunun genel tanıtımı yapıldıktan sonra, konu ile ilgili olarak yayımlanan iki yönetmelik düzenlemeleri arasındaki farklar ortaya konulmakta ve değerlendirilmektedir.
