Über den Antrieb der Natriumpumpe der Froschhaut durch ein exogenes Substrat

Abstract: Der aktive Transport von Natrium durch die isolierte, überlebende Froschhaut wurde nach der Kurzschluß‐methode von Ussing und Zerahn untersucht, wobei der bespülenden Lösung (Innenseite) radioaktive Glukose als exogenes energielieferndes Substrat zugefügt wurde. Der aktive Transport wurde durch den „Kurzschlußstrom”︁, die passive Diffusion durch den Durchtritt von Radionatrium durch die Haut und die Veratmung von Glukose durch die Entwicklung von radioaktivem CO2 gemessen.
